Before doing anything I made from the dimensions of the old tray stackers and used it on Autodesk inventor 2012 for modifying.
The peice of sheet metal that is in the middle is the modification so that there can be a double stack of trays for more efficiency.
Before doing anything I made from the dimensions of the old tray stackers and used it on Autodesk inventor 2012 for modifying.
The pictures to the right show all of the prototypes of both real life model and using the software Autodesk Inventor, which is a software that allows you to build things. These prototypes were used as an intial design to look for any flaws and problems. Throughout the design process this section was the most important to focus on and get all of the flaws out and think about placement way before construction of product.​
